Hello everyone,
my name is Christopher Dufer
last name pronounced Dufwah
this is my second term as a distance learner with E.O.U. and I really enjoy it. Before starting at E.O.U. I was taking classes at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, OR. and I still take classes there as well. I am currently a sophomore in college and I am working toward a degree in Anthropology / Sociology. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family. My girlfriend and I have 3 children, 2 girls (4 and 5) and 1 boy who turns 2 in August. As a family we enjoy hiking short trails to waterfalls, swimming, painting and many other things. My primary use of this blog will be to discuss reading for a literature course.

Hi, Chris. Welcome to the course. I'm glad you got underway easily! I've been to UCC and work with Jillane Michelle, a UCC writing instructor, on a statewide committee. That's a nice part of the world. Do you want to add the other two parts of the first post regarding reading? Nancy
